摘　　要：海河两岸综合开发改造工程既是旧城区改造和城市建设的重要内容,也是天津市生态城市建设的重要组成部分,从长远发展的观点看,这项工程同时也应作为天津市可持续发展能力建设的重点环节。The comprehensive development project of Haihe River banks is not only the vital task of old city transformation and urban construction but also the important composition of ecological urban construction of Tianjin.From long-term development viewpoint,this project could also be looked as the key link of the sustainable development capacity construction of Tianjin.
