摘　　要：分析了石家庄市目前存在的水资源危机、地表水严重污染、大气污染严重、固体废物围城、绿地不足、热岛现象加重等一系列环境问题。这些问题已影响到城市的社会、经济发展。根据石家庄市特点,提出了石家庄市生态城市建设的基本框架,全方位、多层面地论述了生态城市建设与可持续发展的途径与对策。The paper analyzed that Shijiazhuang city currently existed a series of environmental problem such as water resources crisis, surface water strictly polluting, atmosphere pollution severity, solid waste encircling a city, green land scarcity, hot islands aggravating et al. These problem have affected city's society and economy development. According to its characteristics authors bring forward the basis framework of ecological environmental construction in Shijiazhuang city, and discuss the approach and countermeasures of ecological city construction and sustainable development in whole orientation and multiplayer.
