摘 要:采用K2S2O8-NaHSO3氧化还原引发体系,进行了壳聚糖(Chitosan)和丙烯酰胺(Am)的接技共聚反应。结果表明,当K2S2O8浓度为3mmol/L,NaHSO3浓度为1.5mmol/L,反应时间3h,反应温度50℃,丙烯酰胺与壳聚糖的质量比为8时,接枝共聚反应的接枝率和接枝效率均较高。应用实验表明,当改性壳聚糖用量为0.8%时,漂白麦草浆成纸的裂断长提高了910m,耐破指数提高了29.6%;漂白芦苇浆成纸的裂断长提高了23.9%。当用量为0.6%时,废报纸脱墨浆成纸的裂断长提高了20.3%。The graft polymerization of polyacryamide onto chitosan was carried out by using potassium persulfate-sodium bisulfite as the oxi-dation-reduction initiator system.The higher of grafting rate(%)and the higher efficiency of grafting(%)were obtained when=3mmol/L,NaHSO 3 =1.5mmol/L,reaction time at50℃was3h and the ratio of w(Am)/w(chitosan)was8.The application results showed that the breaking length and burst index of paper respectively increased by910m and29.6%for the bleached straw pulp,and the breaking length of paper increased by23.9%for the bleached reed pulp when the dosage of CAM was0.8%,and the breaking length of paper in-creased by20.3%for the deinked pulp when the dosage of CAM was0.6%.
