摘 要:目的 探讨经周围静脉SonoVue超声造影对肾动脉狭窄诊断的作用。方法 对临床疑有肾动脉狭窄而超声基础显像不佳的 6例患者进行经静脉超声造影检查 ,与血管造影结果对比。结果 静脉注射SonoVue后 ,在全部病例中观察到肾动脉彩色血流信号增强 ,增强时间平均为 (72 0± 2 0 )s。造影后血流显像的评分提高。超声造影后导致3例患者的诊断和治疗方式改变 ,其余 3例造影结论未对患者的诊疗方法产生影响。结论 经周围静脉注入SonoVue超声造影剂后 ,多普勒信号增强时间可以满足临床工作的需要 ,选择造影的适应证可以提高造影剂应用价值 ,分析造影结果时需正确认识造影伪像。Objective The utility of US contrast agent SonoVue for diagnosis of renal artery stenosis (RAS) was studied in 6 cases screened by baseline Doppler US. Methods The enhanced US Doppler results were compared with those obtained with angiography in a prospective study. Results Administration of SonoVue led to a significant quality improvement of Doppler examinations in 6 patients. The median duration of clinically useful enhancement was 720±20 seconds. The administration of the contrast agent increased diagnostic grade in all patients and changed the clinical diagnosis and treatment in 3 of the cases. Conclusion The intravenous administration of SonoVue provided a clinically useful duration of signal enhancement and proved useful in clinical applications in selected patients with RAS. The recognition of potential contrast-induced artifacts was critical for result analysis.
