摘 要:目的 评价MRI对TOF的诊断价值。方法 对 2 0例临床疑诊为TOF患者进行MRI检查 ,分析其心内畸形和合并心外畸形的MRI表现。并与UCG表现进行比较。结果 全部病例经手术证实 ,MRI能检出TOF心内畸形和合并心外畸形 ,统计学显示TOF心内畸形的MRI和USG检出率 χ2 值为 1.0 3~ 2 .0 1,P >0 .0 5 ,表明两种检查技术无显著差异 ;对合并心外畸形的显示 ,MRI明显优于UCG(χ2 =5 2 .2 7,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 MRI有诸多的成像优势 ,能充分满足临床的诊断需求 ,是一种非常有用的检查技术。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in the tetralogy of Fallot. Methods Twenty patients suspected of tetralogy of Fallot clinically underwent MRI. Intracardiac and extracardiac abnormalities were studied on MRI. MRI findings were compared with echocardiographic findings. Results All cases were confirmed by surgery. MRI could demonstrate intracardiac and extracardiac abnormalities in the tetralogy of Fallot. Both MRI and echocardiography could show intracardiac abnormalities in the tetralogy of Fallot (χ2= 1.03-2.01, P>0.05 ) but MRI was more excellent than echocardiography in showing extracardiac abnormalities in the tetralogy of Fallot (χ2 = 52.27,P<0.001). Conclusion MRI is a very useful technique for diagnosing the tetralogy of Fallot.
