摘 要:目的 探讨多层螺旋CT仿真椎管内镜 (MSCT VEVC)的成像方法及应用价值。方法 对 36例正常人的椎管 (颈段椎管 14例、胸段椎管 8例、腰段椎管 12例 ,骶段椎管 2例 )和 2 8例病变椎管脊椎行多层螺旋CT扫描 ,扫描结束后行薄层重建 ,将图像传入CT 3D工作站 ,用Fly Through软件作仿真内镜处理 ,并就MSCT VEVC图像与CT轴位、多平面成像 (MPR)、表面遮盖法成像 (SSD)、容积成像 (VRT)图像进行比较。结果 所有受检椎管均成功进行CT仿真椎管镜成像 ,MSCT VEVC像清楚显示相应正常骨性椎管及病理改变的管内表面情况。结论 多层螺旋CT仿真椎管镜能立体、直观、全面地展示椎管形态改变 ,为临床治疗提供更充分信息。Objective To investigate imaging technique on multi-slice CT virtual endoscopy of vertebral canal (MSCT-VEVC) and it's clinical application. Methods MSCT-VEVC scan of bony vertebral canal was performed in 36 normal individuals including cervical canal (n=14), thoracic canal (n=8), lumbar canal (n=12), sacrum canal (n=2) and 28 patients with lesions of vertebral canal, after completion of scan, the source data were performed thin slice reconstruction and then input into CT 3D work station and processed with Fly-Through software on the workstation. MSCT-VEVC images were compared with axial, multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), shaded surface display (SSD) and volume rendering technique (VRT) images. Results MSCT-VEVC were performed in all cases successfully, which could display structures of the normal bony vertebral canal and inner surface of the lesions on the bony vertebral canal well. Conclusion Multi-slice CTVEVC can display bony vertebral canal directly, stereoscopically and more comprehensively, which can offer more useful information for clinical treatment.
