摘 要:目的 建立犬海水浸泡多发伤动物模型 ,探讨其早期伤情变化特点。方法 成年杂种犬 2 0只 ,制作多发伤动物模型 (腹部开放伤 +空肠破裂伤 +右下肢软组织爆炸伤 )。致伤后随机分为二组 ,即多发伤海水浸泡组和对照组 (非海水浸泡组 ) ,每组 10只。实验中全程监测体温、血浆渗透压、血气分析和血电解质变化。结果 多发伤海水浸泡组伤情明显重于对照组 ,表现为低温、血浆渗透压升高、高钠、高氯血症、代谢性酸中毒 ,死亡率极高。结论 该动物模型对探讨海水浸泡多发伤早期伤情变化特点是可行的、合理的 ,适用于海战多发伤的早期病理生理研究 ,并为该类创伤的早期救治提供实验依据。Objective To establish a canine model of multiple trauma and investigate the feature of this trauma in early stage after immersion in seawater.?Methods Multiple trauma model was established with twenty health dogs. All animals were subjected to open abdominal injury,intestinal rupture and explosive injury of thigh. Animals in the immersion group(n=10) were immersed in the seawater after trauma. Control group(n=10) was not immersed. Blood samples were obtained at different time intervals to determine serum osmotic pressure,and electrolytes. The ruptured intestine and wounded tissue of thigh were harvested for pathologic examination at the end of study.?Results The immersion group had hypernatremia,hyperchloremia,hypothermia,and acid base imbalance after seawater immersion. The serum osmotic pressures as well as mortality were significantly higher than that of control group.?Conclusion The model is practicable and reasonable for investigating the feature of multiple trauma in early stage after seawater immersion.
