摘 要:目的 分析犬腹部开放伤人工海水浸泡后其水、电解质和酸碱平衡变化的特点 ,为海水浸泡腹部开放伤的早期救治提供理论依据。方法 成年杂种犬 30只 ,随机分为腹部开放伤组 (n =10 )、致伤不浸泡组 (n =10 )和不致伤浸泡组 (n =10 )。制作腹部开放伤动物模型 ,与其它两组比照 ,观察犬腹部开放伤人工海水浸泡后其水、电解质、酸碱平衡变化规律。结果 腹部开放伤人工海水浸泡组出现明显的水、电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱 ,海水浸泡的时间愈长 ,上述变化愈严重。其它两组水、电解质、酸碱平衡等指标在实验期间无明显变化。结论 海水浸泡是导致犬腹部开放伤后体液代谢紊乱的主要因素。Objective To evaluate the effect of seawater on serum osmotic pressure,electrolyte and acid base balance after open abdominal injury.?Methods A canine model of open abdominal injury was established. 30 healthy adult dogs were divided into three groups. Open abdominal injury group (n=10) was subjected to abdominal wall incision and seawater immersion after trauma. Immersion group(n=10) was immersed into seawater without any injury. Trauma without immersion group(n=10) was subjected to the same injury as open abdominal injury group without seawater immersion. Blood samples were obtained at different time intervals to assess blood gas and serum osmotic pressure and electrolytes were determined.?Results Open abdominal injury group showed hypernatremia,hyperchloremia and acid base imbalance after seawater immersion. The other two control groups did not show change of serum osmotic pressure,electrolyte and acid base balance.?Conclusion Seawater immersion is the main factor leading to the disturbance of body liquid metabolism after open abdominal injury.
