摘 要:目的 观察犬肠管破裂伤后合并海水浸泡救治前后病理生理学变化 ,探讨能否行破裂小肠一期切除吻合术。方法 成年杂种犬 2 0只 ,制作肠管破裂伤动物模型。随机分为A组 (海水浸泡 1小时救治组 ,n =10 )和B组 (海水浸泡 2小时救治组 ,n =10 ) ,两组动物分别于海水浸泡 1小时和 2小时后打捞出水 ,在补液、复温的同时行破裂小肠一期切除吻合术 ,观察犬救治前后水、电解质、酸碱平衡的改善情况和术后吻合口并发症及存活情况。结果 肠管破裂伤后合并海水浸泡经救治后其水、电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱经综合救治 ,于出水后 4~ 6小时得以纠正 ,海水浸泡 1小时组比 2小时组救治成功率高 ,小肠吻合口并发症低。Objective To observe the physiopathologic changes after intestinal rupture injury and seawater immersion and discuss the possibility of primary small bowel anastomosis.?Methods Twenty adult healthy dogs were subjected to intestinal rupture injuries and divided into two groups: group A (n=10) had 1 hour seawater immersion after injury and group B (n=10) had 2 hours immersion. Primary small bowel anastomosis was done to each dog in both groups after immersion. The changes of survival rate,body liquid metabolism and complication rates were observed.?Results Animals were treated by giving fluid and electrolytes replacement and warming. The disorders were improved obviously after 4 to 6 hours' treatment. Group A had a higher survival rate and a lower rate of complication than group B after small bowel anastomosis.?Conclusion Primary small bowel anastomosis was efficacious and practical for treating the intestinal rupture injury after seawater immersion in dogs.
