白血康胶囊对辐射小鼠免疫学功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨白血康胶囊对辐射小鼠免疫学功能恢复的促进作用。方法 :吞噬功能按照常规方法进行 ,脾脏淋巴细胞转化功能和NK细胞活性按照常规同位素方法测定。结果 :与对照组比较 ,白血康胶囊灌胃第 6天后 ,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数提高 ,小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化功能和NK细胞活性明显增强。结论Objective To detect the effect of Bai-Xue-Kang capsules on the immunological promotion in 60Co-irradiated mice.Methods Phagocytosis percent and phagocytosis index were used as the phagocytosis function.The transforming test of spleen lymphocytes and NK cell activity were also taken to measure the mice's variation of immunology.Results Phagocytosis percent and phagocytosis index were increased obviously 6 days after treatment with Bai-Xue-Kang capsules as compared with that of controls,P<0.05.The transformation of spleen lymphocytes and NK cell activity showed the same trend of augmentation 6 days post-treatment with Bai-Xue-Kang capsules.Conclusion The Bai-Xue-Kang capsules is efficient in promoting immunological function of irradiated mice.
