摘　　要：目的　降低早产儿的死亡率 ,提高早产儿生活质量。方法　通过转运系统将基层医院早产儿转住我院新生儿重症监护中心治疗 ,包括现场抢救 ,途中连转续监护和治疗。结果　共转运早产儿 81例 ,治愈 69例占 85 .2 % ,死亡 4例占 4.9% ,无一例途中死亡。结论　保暖适当 ,全程监护 ,尽早转运是转运成功的关键。Objectives To reduce the death rate of the prematures and raise their living quality. Methods The prematures were transfered from grass-roots hospitals to NICU in our hospital by the transfer system, including first aid at scene, continuous intensive care and treatment on the way to hospital. Results In 81 transferred prematures, 69 cases were cured (85.2%), 4 cases died (4.9% of all cases), and no case died on the way to hospital. Conclusion keep the premature warm properly and continuous intensive care and timely transfer is the key of success.
