摘　　要：目的　探讨如何配置大型医学影像资源 ,发挥其社会效益和经济效益。方法　总结分析大型医学影像资源配置、医学影像检查程序的优化组合与避免“过度诊断”的负面效应。结果　大型医学影像设备在许多疾病的临床诊断中发挥了重要作用 ,但也出现一些不良倾向和负作用。结论　大型医学影像设备可以为医院取得巨大的社会效益和经济效益 ,但也一定要避免配置失衡、检查滥用、“过度诊断”的发生。Objectives To discuss how to equip with large-size medical imaging equipments effectively and exert their social and economic benefits. Methods This article summarized the distribution of large-size medical imaging equipments, the optimum examination procedure and their combination, and analyzed the passive effects of over-diagnosis. Results Large-size medical imaging equipments have performed an irreplaceable function in the clinical diagnosis of many diseases. People rely on the medical imaging examinations but pay no attention to their negative effects. Conclusions Large-size medical imaging equipments can exert good social and economic benefits. But we will avoid the passive effects of unbalance of distribution, misuse in diagnosis and over-diagnosis.
