摘　　要：平绒是棉织品高档面料。本文根据平绒的特点 ,阐述染色前的准备和前处理工序的注意事项 ,给出了碱煮氧漂二浴法、碱煮氧漂一浴法以及冷轧堆前处理的具体处方及加工工艺步骤 。Velvet is the top grade cotton fabric. According to the velvet characteristics, matters needing attention in preparation before dyeing and pretreatment are illustrated, recipe and process procedures are put forward, such as alkali scouring and peroxide hydrogen bleaching both in two-bath and one-bath, as well as cold pad-batch process. Semi-product quality and production cost of continuous scouring and bleaching were compared with those of cold pad-batch process.
