持续质量改进在血液透析患者急救护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨持续质量改进方法(CQI)在维持性血液透析患者急救护理中应用及效果。方法:回顾性分析本科室2014年1~5月维持性血液透析患者急救护理资料,成立持续质量改进小组,制定改进方案,在加强理论、操作培训的基础上,开展小组式急救情景模拟演练,并以急救护理质量、护士各项考核成绩等指标评价效果。结果:实施持续质量改进后急救护理质量和护士各项考核成绩显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:持续质量改进提高了护士急救理论和操作技能,提升了血液透析急救护理质量,增强护理团队凝聚力。Objective:To explore the application and effect of Continuous Quality Improvement(CQI) on emergency nursing of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis of MHD emergency nursing data in our department from January to May 2014 was studied. We set up continuous quality improvement group,make improvement solution,carry out group scene simulation exercises based on strengthening the theory and operation training, and evaluate the effect of index of the quality of emergency nursing and nurses' various performance etc. Results:The quality of emergency nursing and nurses' various performance improved a lot after CQI(P<0.01). Conclusion:CQI improved nurses' emergency theory level and operation skills,raised emergency nursing quality of hemodialysis and strengthened the cohesion of nursing team.
