摘　　要：介绍了建筑节能的目标任务,建筑物、围护结构和采暖、空调节能的原则和措施,并对邮电建筑的节能提出了初步想法。Goals of energy efficiency in building are stated,principle and measures on energy efficiency in building,exteri-or-protected construction,heating and air conditioning are pre-sented.Ideas on energy efficiency in telecom building are given.
