摘　　要：对某钢厂75.6m铸铁机优化设计,使该机型的技术水平在整体上得到较大提高。使这一传统设备以其结构巧妙,造价低,适用性强的优势得以继续发挥,与传统的设计方法相比,优化设计提高了设计质量、加快设计进度和降低设计成本,可使工程造价降低5%~20%,经济效益十分明显。Aim at the optimal design of 75.64 m pig-casting machine and its application and production status in steel plant, redesign and improve it, in order to raise its technical standard. In order to keep its advantages such as its fine structures, economy and adaptability. Comparing with traditional design, the optimal one enhance the quality of design, accelerate the progress of design and reduce the cost of design, can lower che engineering cost 5%~20%, Economic benefit is obvious.
