摘　　要：介绍一种简便快速的碱性磷酸酶(APasc)比色法,利用该法检测Balb/c小鼠T细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞和静止的B细胞,几乎没有APase活性;只有活化的B细胞有效高的APase活性,在T细胞存在情况下,APase比色法可以选择性测定B细胞的分化,文中利用该法比较了LPS、PWM活化B细胞作用的不同特点。In this paper, a simple and rapid colorimetric determination of alkaline phosphatase (APase) activity was described. T cells, peritoneal exudate cells,and resting B cells from Balb/c mice have little APase activity. Activated B cells can be specifically detected by this assay, even in the presence of T cells. The different character of activated B cells with LPS and PWM was observed by the same assay.
