摘 要:通过对外加20%SiO2用粉末冶金法制备的原位自生成陶瓷相增强Al基复合材料滑动摩擦磨损特性的研究发现,干摩条件下,在49~392N载荷内,复合材料的体积磨损量始终低于基体合金;而摩擦系数在载荷小于200N时,比基体合金的小。油摩条件下,在98~1764N载荷内,复合材料的磨损量随载荷的增大而增大,最大磨损量小于0.8mm3,摩擦系数始终小于0.14。复合材料干摩亚表层由复合层、碎化层、变形层和原始结构层四部分组成;油摩亚表层由复合层、变形层和原始结构层组成。Sliding friction wear characteristics of in situ formed Al matrix composites with an addition of 20wt% SiO2 fabricated by powder metallurgy technique were investigated. It was shown that under dry wear conditions the volume loss of composites was always less than that of the matrix alloy in current load (49~392N), and so the friction factor below 200N was. Under lubricated wear conditions, the composites always behaved very well regardless of the antifriction or the wear resistance in larger range of load (98~1 764N), the largest volume loss was not more than 0.8mm3 and the friction factor was less than 0.14. The inferior layer under dry wear condition was composed of four parts, namely, compound layer, broken layer, distortion layer and original layer. The inferior layer under lubricated condition included compound layer, distortion layer and original layer, lacking broken layer.
