摘  要:用一种新的铸造技术生产系列铸造铝铅轴承合金,含铅量的变化范围从0%~25%。研究了轧制后铝铅合金的显微组织和力学性能随铅含量的变化规律,与铸态相对比结果表明,变形合金的铅颗粒和硅颗粒被大幅度细化,其分布明显改善;变形后合金的抗拉强度和伸长率明显高于铸态合金。A new technology was applied to produce series of stircast AlPb alloys with lead contents from 0 to 25 wt%. Microstructures and mechanical properties of asrolled AlPb alloys have been investigated. The results show that both lead and silicon particles are refined significantly and distribution of lead and silicon particles is improved evidently. As the content of lead increases,the mechanical properties (UTS and elongation) tend to decrease. However,the values of UTS and elongation of asrolled AlPb alloys are higher than those of ascast AlPb alloys. Analysis of fracture surfaces indicates that with an increase in lead content, the feature of fractures of the samples changes from ductile to brittle.
