摘  要:应用FEM模拟计算了啮合同向双螺杆挤出机新型螺杆元件———S型元件的正反向螺纹部分不同长度构型下的流场。考察了三种不同螺杆构型流场的特性 ,对比了流场的挤出特性、分散和分布混合能力。在相同的操作条件下 ,三种构型具有相似的分散混合能力 ,不同之处主要在于分布性混合和输送能力 ,反向输送部分较长的构型具有良好的轴向分布混合能力、正反向输送部分等长的构型具有最好的周向分布混合 。Numerical simulations of the flow fields of different configurations of a new screw element for intermeshing co rotating twin screw extruders-S element,composed of different ratio of positive and negative elements,are conducted by FEM.Features of fields of three screw configurations, especially output,dispersive and distributive mixing ability are observed and compared.It can be concluded that when the three configurations are operated under similar conditions,they have the same dispersive mixing ability; its difference lies in distributive mixing and convey power; the configuration with long negative element has good axial distributive mixing ability;the configuration with equal length of positive and negative elements has the best circumferential distributive mixing ability; and the configuration with long positive element has the excellent conveying power.
