摘　　要：针对当前高校信息化建设中数据处理面向过程所造成的问题,提出用主题数据库来消除数 据的冗余与分散,阐述了主题数据库对于高校信息化建设的作用与意义,并结合实际,提出用“系 统工程”的观点进行主题数据库的开发.In order to resolve the problem resulted from the 'course-oriented method ' in data processing in the information construction of colleges, we bring forward using subject databases to eliminate data redundance and decentralization,and illuminate functions and significances of the information construction. Combining the practical situation we suggest to use the viewpoint of system engineering and develop subject databases.
