摘  要:停车难问题是大多数城市急需解决却又非常难以解决的问题。机械立体停车设备的应用为解决停车难问题提供了很好的方法。其关键设备为位于车库中心的升降旋转平台,所有车辆的存取都由这个平台完成。升降平台用于支撑旋转平台并带动旋转平台上下运动,配合旋转平台完成存取车动作。升降平台属于大跨度水平结构架,由钢丝绳和链条悬调在车库建筑结构的吊点上,为保证升降平台的稳定,需要采用多点分布悬吊方式,同时每个吊点对应一套升降驱动系统,悬吊点的布置及驱动方式对动力需求影响很大,同时决定了整个系统运行稳定性和安全性。The parking problem is urgently needed to be solved in most cities,but it is very difficult to solve the problem.The application of mechanical three-dimensional parking equipment solves the problem of parking difficulty to provide a good method.The key equipment is the lift rotating platform located in the center of the garage,storing and picking up all the vehicles is performed by this platform.Lift platform is used to sustain the rotating platform and drives the rotating platform to move up and down with rotating platform storing and picking up car.Lift platform belongs to the level of large span structure frame; the steel-wire and chain are hung on the lifting point of the garage building structure.In order to guarantee the stability of the lifting platform,it needs to adopt a multipoint distribution suspension way,and at the same time each lifting point corresponds to a set of elevator drive system,arrangement and driving mode of the suspension point influence the demand of power greatly,at the same time determine the whole system running stability and safety.
