摘　　要：针对自主研发的多功能饮水净化设备,集成运用PLC控制技术和触摸屏终端技术,研发了一套具有智能报警的控制系统。该系统实现了净水、供水、药洗、排水和加热等功能,便于设备运行过程的自动化控制,参数与状态的实时监测和在线调整,以及根据参数变化实现智能报警。实验结果表明,该设备产水基本水质符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准(GB5749-2006)规定。该系统界面直观、操作方便,提高了系统的可靠性、维护性和智能化水平。A set of intelligent alarm control system is researched and developed with PLC and touch screen.The multi-functional drinking water purification facility is developed independently.The system has an intuitive interface and easy-tooperate characteristics.The device mainly consists of water purification function,the water conveying function,the medicine washing function,the drainage function,and the water heating automatically function,especially to achieve automatic operation for the equipment,water quality parameters and system status' s real-time monitoring and setting.Experiment results show that the quality of produced water conform with the standards for drinking water quality(GB5749-2006).According to the parameters abnormally change,the intelligent alarm can be triggered,it has successfully enhancing the system's reliability,maintainability and intelligent level.
