摘　　要：山钢莱芜分公司银山前区六机六流合金钢大方坯连铸机投产于2008年,本文介绍了该自控系统运行以来技术人员对生产过程中液压振动、定尺切割及坐标计算、火切及出坯控制、二级系统出现的实际问题进行的研究与改进,并以此为基础根据生产实际建立连铸机智能控制系统,对于连铸机自控的设计及应用具有较为广泛的参考与推广价值。The alloy steel bloom caster in the Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron & Steel Yinshanqian District has put into operation in 2008,This paper describes the research and improvement about hydraulic vibration,cut to length and coordinate calculation,billet transport control and Server redundancy since this control system run.According to the study,the technical staff establishes the intelligent control system which has wider reference value for the design and application of bloom caster.
