摘　　要：开发了基于Modbus总线的新型应急直流电源车电控系统,对系统功能实现作了分析,围绕电源车配电控制应具有的"四遥"功能(即遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调)及实时监测功能等进行了系统控制结构、主控单元、总线通信接口和节点硬件配置设计,通过主控模块实现与各单元的数据通信与控制连接,使得系统各单元状态参数清晰、准确的传输到电源集控装置。整套电控系统适应性强、供电迅速、使用便捷、操作安全,有效保障应急直流电源车应急供电的需要。Developed emergency power van's new electric control system based on MODBUS, analyzed the system's functions, designed control system's structure, main control unit, bus communication interface and node hardware configuration according to the power van's distribution control system's four remote function(i.e. telemetry, remote communication, remote control, remote adjustment) and real-time monitoring functions of the control, achieved data communication and control through connection between the main control module and each unit, the units' state parameters are clear and accurate to transmit to the power control device. The system is proved to be strong adaptability, quick power supply, easy to use and safe operation.
