摘 要:针对蒸馏塔设备的诸多特点,将专家系统的理论用到故障诊断专家系统中,在这个系统中,由专家设计的蒸馏塔故障诊断的知识库起到了非常重要的作用。通过建立故障树的方法获取专家系统的知识,并采用产生式的知识表达方式,简洁且易于推理。将知识库分为故障现象、故障原因和处理措施三级,通过这种分级的存储方式将知识库存储在数据库中,降低了数据冗余,便于知识的搜索和存储,提高了效率。结果表明:该方法能够较好的完善蒸馏塔故障诊断的知识库,推理效率高,具有很好地参考价值。According to the characteristics of distillation equipment fault diagnosis theory and method, and basing on the expert system, the fault diagnosis expert system of distillation tower equipment knowledge base is analysised and designed. The method combines with fault trees, and obtains the expert knowledge from the fault tree. It is concise and easy to be reasoning, the knowledge base is divided into fault reason, fault phenomenon and treatment measures,Through this kind storage method, hierarchical storage is used in the database,which reduces the data redundancy and is convenient for knowledge search and storage,this method improves the efficiency. The results show that: this method is able to improve fault diagnosis distillation tower knowledge base, and the inference efficiency is high,which has a very good reference value.
