摘　　要：基于国际测试标准的对比分析,探讨了军用测试系统体系标准化相关问题。文中简述了ATS体系标准化的发展历程,剖析了未来新一代军用自动测试系统标准化的内容,对比研究了相关体系标准化特点与发展趋势。相关标准的探讨有助于为我国军用自动测试系统标准化提供借鉴与参考。Based on the comparative analysis of the international testing standards, the paper explored the related problem of military test system standardization. In the paper, it sketched the formation and development process of the standardization test system,made the anatomy of the content for a new generation of military automatic test system standardization in the future, and researched on the characteristics and development trend of related system standard comparatively. The exploration of related standards is conducive to that it provides a reference for automatic testing system of military standardization in China.
