摘 要:针对肠溶性胶囊壳生产线控制系统中胶液粘度控制的自动化水平低、控制精度差等问题,采用模糊控制思想,将粘度偏差值作为决策变量。分段调用不同PLC程序用以控制电磁阀的不同通断频率、开通时长以及温度设定值等,并将各参数存储于PLC寄存器,使其值通过触摸屏可灵活调节,以适应不同胶液原料的粘度控制要求。该方法已在生产线中成功应用,结果表明,其具有动态响应快,超调量小等优点。Aiming at the low automation level and poor control precision problems of adhesive solution viscosity control in enteric-coated capsule shells production line control system, the idea of fuzzy control was adopted and the viscosity deviation was made as decision variables.Segmented PLC program was invoked to control different on-off frequencies of the electromagnetic valve, the opening time and the temperature set point, and then the parameters were stored in PLC registers so that the value can be adjusted flexibly through the touch screen to adapt to the adhesive solution viscosity control requirements for different raw materials. The method has been successfully applied in the production line, the results showed that it had fast dynamic response, less overshoot, etc.
