摘 要:X射线测厚仪的测量精度会受到诸多因素的影响,例如X射线发生器射线强度的变化、待测带材合金成分的变化、现场环境的温度、湿度等。为了降低X射线发生器射线强度变化对测量精度的影响,提出一种X射线测厚仪在线校正方法,改进了X射线测厚仪的硬件装置及软件程序,实现实时修正X射线发生器射线强度对测量精度的影响,从而在不影响生产进度的同时,保证轧制带材的公差要求。The accuracy of measurement of X-ray thickness gauge will be affected by many factors, such as the change of inten-sity of X-ray generator, the change of alloy composition of strip what will be measured, the temperature and the humidity of the workplace and so on. In order to reduce the influence of the change of intensity of the X-ray thickness gauge on the accuracy of mea-surement, a method of correcting online of X-ray thickness gauge is proposed. This method improved hardware device and software program of X-ray thickness gauge, and achieved the purpose that correcting the changes of intensity of X-ray generation in re-al-time. Without affecting the production schedule, ensure the rolling strip tolerances.
