摘　　要：结合独山子某车间工程概况,分析了CPE产品流水线的工作原理,并采用西门子PLC和以太网技术对该流水线进行设计和实现。目前新方案已经投入使用,自动化程度较高,且能够满足系统可靠性、高效性的要求。Combining with the dushanzi a workshop project overview, the paper analyzes the working principle of CPE product line, using the Siemens PLC and Ethernet technology to the production line to carry on the design and implementation. The new scheme has been put into use, a high degree of automation, and can satisfy the requirements of the system reliability and efficiency.
