摘 要:为了对螺旋离心泵发生空化时的内部气-液两相流动进行深入分析,应用计算流体力学技术(CFD)对一台螺旋离心泵的空化特性进行了数值模拟计算,得到了空化发生时泵内部气-液两相分布的规律,捕捉到了泵内空化的发生、发展过程,主要对轻微空化、临界空化和严重空化3种工况下叶轮内空泡分布规律进行了讨论;对该泵进行了实验研究,实验结果验证了数值计算的准确性。In order to analyze the vapor-liquid two-phase flow inside screw centrifugal pump when the cavitation occurs, a nu-merical analysis was presented using the computer fluid dynamic software CFD. The vapor-liquid two-phase distribution inside screw centrifugal pump was extracted from the results, the cavitation inception and development were obtained by the results as well. The features of vapor volume fraction distribution inside the pump were comparatively analyze under the slight、critical and se-vere cavitation conditions;The accuracy of numerical simulation by CFX was verified by experimental research result.
