摘　　要：CEFR是中国第一座快中子增值反应堆,采用液态金属钠作为导热剂,因此专门设置电加热系统对核岛一、二回路涉钠工艺系统或设备加热、保温。考虑工艺需求和运行安全要求,核岛电加热供电系统选用了IT供电系统。根据国标和IEC标准,IT供电系统需设置绝缘监督设备,实时监测系统绝缘性能,并给出接地故障报警。CEFR核岛电加热IT供电系统选用了施耐德电气公司的绝缘监督设备XM300C,实现了供电系统绝缘监督功能。以XM300C为技术背景,介绍了绝缘监督功能几种实现方法,并根据核岛电加热系统长期运行的特点,给出了以PLC和计算机技术为基础,设计开发PLC程序自动巡检IT供电系统绝缘电阻和故障定位的优化建议。CEFR was China's first fast neutron breeder reactor using liquid sodium as a heat transfer agent, so specifically set on sodium NI involved one or two loops of the electrical heating system heating, insulation of process systems or equipment. Based on the XM300 C for technical background, insulation monitoring functions were introduced several methods and according to the characteristics of long-term operation of nuclear electric heating systems is given based on PLC and computer technology, insulation resistance monitor IT power supply system and optimization of fault location recommendations.
