摘 要:基于DSP与FPGA的科里奥利质量流量计(CMF)可以直接测量流体的质量,针对当前流量计设计复杂,精度较低,升级维护灵活性较差。采用FPGA高速采集数据,DSP进行算法处理,提高实时响应速度与抗干扰能力。数据采集与处理的模块化设计进一步提高了系统稳定度和维护便易度。实验结果表明,本文所设计的基于DSP与FPGA质量流量计较以往类似的质量流量计测量精度有很大提高,测量单元、数据采集、数据处理的模块化设计使得系统稳定度增加。Coriolis mass flowmeter based on DSP and FPGA (CMF) can measure the mass of flow directly, According to the cur-rent flowmeters that are complex with little accuracy,and upgrade and maintenance flexibility are bad.The application used the FP-GA as the data acquisition with high speed and DSP as the algorithm processing to improve the speed of response and the ability of anti interference. The modular design of data acquisition and data processing to improve the stability of the system and the conve-nience of maintenance. The experimental results show that the measurement precision of the mass flowmeasurement based on DSP and FPGA has a higher accuracy than the similar objects ever based on this design, moreover, the modular design of the measur-ing unit, data acquisition, and data processing made the stability of system increased.
