两种微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白试验检测孕妇IgG血型抗体效价的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较Bioxun、DiaMed两种微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白试验检测卡检测O型孕妇血清中IgG抗-A和抗-B效价的差异,探讨两种卡检测结果的相关性。方法:用Bioxun卡和DiaMed卡平行检测48例IgG抗-A和45例IgG抗-B的效价,经配对t检验、χ2检验和回归分析,比较两种卡检测结果的差异。结果:DiaMed卡检测IgG抗-A和抗-B平均效价均高于Bioxun卡,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),但两种卡高度相关(r=0.884 0,P<0.001;r=0.921 7,P<0.001);以IgG抗体效价≥64为阳性,Bioxun卡与DiaMed卡检测抗-A、抗-B阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Bioxun卡检测ABO血型系统IgG抗体灵敏度略低于DiaMed卡,但二者检测IgG抗体效价的升高趋势具有一致性。Objective: To compare the differences of two kinds of microcolumn gel Coombs test( Bioxun and DiaMed) in detecting serum IgG anti- A and anti- B blood group antibody titers in pregnant women with blood type O,and explore the correlation between them.Methods: Bioxun and DiaMed were used to detect serum IgG anti- A of 48 patients and anti- B of 45 patients; the differences were compared by paired t test,χ2test and regression analysis. Results: The mean titers of IgG anti- A and anti- B detected by DiaMed were statistically significantly higher than those detected by Bioxun( P < 0. 001),but there was a significant correlation between them( r = 0. 884 0,P < 0. 001; r = 0. 921 7,P < 0. 001); IgG antibody titer≥64 was designed as positive result,there was no statistically significant difference in positive rates of IgG anti- A and anti- B between Bioxun and DiaMed( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The sensitivity of Bioxun Coombs test cards is lower than DiaMed LISS /Coombs cards,but it has highly positive correlation with DiaMed LISS /Coombs cards.
