摘　　要：工程项目尤其是大型工程项目工期长、工序多、施工条件复杂,且极易受自然条件及其他客观影响,在合同实施工程中不可避免的会出现合同条件改变等合同未能清晰约定事项,需要由发包人、承包商及其他第三方公共协商确定相应的费用及单价,由于所处的立场及利益不同,难免会出现较大的争议,如何确定变更单价使之符合合同精神并为合同双方接受,是工程造价人员必须具备的业务能力。本文结合近几年来的工作实践,谈一谈提高工程变更价格审核质量的一些科学高效的处理方法。the project, especially large engineering project construction period is long and complex process, construction conditions, and is easily affected by natural conditions and other objective, inevitably appear in the contract implementation project contract conditions change failed to clear contract items, such as needed by the employer, the contractor and other third-party public consultation to determine the corresponding expenses and the unit price, because of the different position and interests, hard to avoid can appear larger controversy, how to determine the change of the unit price to conform to the contract spirit and to accept the parties to the contract, is the project cost personnel must have the ability. In this paper, combining with the working practice in recent years, talk about improving the quality of engineering change price review some scientific and efficient processing method.
