摘  要:目的探讨二维斑点追踪技术在评价2型糖尿病患者左心室整体与节段长轴收缩功能早期改变中的价值。方法采用2D-STI(二维斑点追踪成像)测量两组左心室基底段、中间段、心尖段以及整体长轴应变,并测量颈总动脉内-中膜(IMT)厚度,比较上述两组参数,行左心室整体长轴应变与IMT的相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,2型糖尿病患者左心室基底段、中间段、心尖段以及整体长轴应变减低,左心室整体长轴应变与IMT呈线性相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者左心室整体与节段长轴收缩功能减低,2D-STI可以评价其左心室整体与节段长轴收缩功能的早期改变。Objective To investigate the value of 2Dspeckle tracking imaging(2D-STI)in evaluating the early change of the whole and segmental longitudinal contractibility of left ventricle in type 2diabetes mellitus patients.Methods The longitudinal strain of basal,middle and apex segments as well as the whole left ventricle were measured by 2D-STI.These results were compared with intima-media thickness(IMT)of common carotid artery,and correlation analysis of the whole longitudinal strain and IMT was studied.Results Compared with control group,the longitudinal strain of basal,middle and apex segments and the whole strain decreased.The whole longitudinal strain of left ventricle and IMT had linear correlation(r=0.453,P=0.004).Conclusions This study demonstrated that the whole and segmental longitudinal contractibility of left ventricle in type 2diabetes mellitus patients decreased and 2D-STI could be used to evaluate the early change of its contractibility.
