直肠印戒细胞癌的超声表现

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠印戒细胞癌的超声表现。方法回顾性分析我院23例直肠印戒细胞癌的经直肠腔内超声表现。结果 23例全部病灶内部回声均为细腻均匀的低回声,且后方均可见回声轻度增强。23例全部病灶(23/23,100%)分期均为T3~T4期,其中T3期21例,T4期2例,超声与术后病理分期均相符合。并且直肠印戒细胞癌患者具有发病年龄低的特点,平均49.81岁。结论直肠印戒细胞癌具有特殊的超声表现,经直肠腔内超声可以作为直肠印戒细胞癌的诊断方法。Objective To investigate sonographic appearance of rectum signet ring cell cancer.Methods Ultrasonograpic appearances of 23 Rectum signet ring cell cancer were analyzed and summerized.Results All 23 lesions showed exquisite uniformity low echo with enhancement posterior echo.All 23cases(23/23,100%)T3~T4pathological stage,included 21T3 and 2T4cases,Ultrasound and pathological diagnosis matched well.The patients' age showed to be younger(49.81 years old on average).Conclusions Rectal signet ring cell carcinoma had special sonographic appearance,TRUS should diagnosis rectal signet ring cell carcinoma.
