超声评估1～3个月龄臀纹不对称婴儿两侧髋关节发育差异性

摘　　要：目的评估1~3个月龄臀纹不对称婴儿两侧髋关节发育平均水平有无差异,为发育性髋关节发育不良超声检查提供参考。方法按月龄随机选择1~3个月龄臀纹不对称婴儿各50例,分成三组。采用静态Graf法分别测量三组婴儿两侧髋关节的α角及β角,进行分型诊断及统计学分析。结果成熟髋关节在3个月龄组所占比例分别为82%、94%、96%。测得三组婴儿两侧髋关节的α、β角均数差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臀纹不对称婴儿两侧髋关节中以成熟髋关节为主。不能认为两侧髋关节发育平均水平存在差异。Objective To evaluate the hip developmental differences of 1~3months old infants with asymmetric hip lines by ultrasound and provide reference for developmental hip dysplasia ultrasound examination.Methods By using the static Graf technique,ultrasound scanning was undertaken in 1~3months old infants with asymmetric hip lines.Fifty cases were randomly selected each month(born to 30 d,31~60d,61~90d)and divided into three groups.Anglesαandβof bilateral hip joints were measured respectively for diagnosis and statistical analysis.Results Proportions of mature hips in different months of age were 82%,94%,96%.No significant differences between anglesαandβof bilateral hip joints were found(P>0.05).Conclusions Mature hips account for the most infants with asymmetric hip lines.It is not appropriate to consider that bilateral hip joints have developmental difference between those infants.
