小儿腋窝淋巴结结核的超声表现分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在小儿腋窝淋巴结结核诊断中的价值。方法对17例经手术及病理证实的腋窝淋巴结结核声像图进行回顾性分析总结。结果 17例患儿术前超声诊断符合率94.1%,根据声像图表现分为四型:淋巴结肿大型、淋巴结肿大伴脓肿形成型、淋巴结肿大伴窦道形成型、淋巴结钙化型。结论超声能够显示不同类型腋窝淋巴结结核声像图特点,对诊断小儿腋窝淋巴结结核具有重要诊断价值。Objective Explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node tuberculosis of children.Methods The ultrasonograms about 17 children with axillary lymph node tuberculosis of children confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Results The ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of 17 cases is94.1%,four types were divided based on ultrasonographic findings:lymph nodes swollen,lymph node swollen with abscess formation,lymph nodes swollen with sinus tract,calcified lymph node.Conclusions Ultrasound can display ultrasonographic characteristics of different types of axillary lymph node tuberculosis of children and has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node tuberculosis of children.
