摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图对左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉(ALCAPA)的诊断及随访中的应用价值。方法本文收集7例ALCAPA患者资料,回顾分析其超声心动图特点并进行跟踪随访。结果 7例ALCAPA患者中超声确诊4例,误诊3例。6例接受手术治疗,除1例术后死于低心排,5例进行了术后超声心动图随访。结论超声心动图在ALCAPA早期明确诊断、术后评估及随访观察等方面具有重要临床价值。Objective To oxplore the application value of the color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery(ALCAPA) and in the follow-up visits.Methods The materials of the seven patients with ALCAPA were collected in Xinxiang Central Hospital from 1999 to 2014.The characteristics of their echocardiography images were retrospectively reviewed and they were given follow-up visits.Results Among the seven cases with ALCAPA,Four cases were confirmed by echocardiography.Three cases were misdiagnosed.Six cases underwent surgery.Post-operative eehocardiographic follow-up was given to five cases with one exception that died of low cardiac after operation.Conclusions Echocardiography has important clinical value in diagnosis of early ALCAPA,post-operative evaluation and follow-up observation.
