摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌壁间结核的超声表现,探讨其相关性。方法对11例经病理证实的子宫肌壁间结核声像图和彩色血流进行回顾性分析、总结。结果 11例子宫肌壁间结核根据声像图表现分为3型:囊性结节型、实性结节型、混合性结节型。结论超声检查能够显示不同类型子宫肌壁间结核声像图表现和血供特点,结合病史及子宫内膜和输卵管结核的超声表现对诊断子宫肌壁间结核具有一定的价值。Objective To analyse the sonographic findings of intramural uterine tuberculosis.Methods The color doppler sonographic findings of 11 cases of intramural uterine tuberculosis confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Three types were divided based on ultrasonographic findings:cystic mass type,solid mass type and mixed mass type.Conclusions Ultrasound can display ultrasonographic characteristics and blood supply of different types of intramural uterine tuberculosis(TB),it has high diagnostic value combining with the history and the sonographic appearances of tuberculosis of fallopian tube and endometrium.
