正常静止期乳腺超声分型的相关影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正常静止期女性乳腺超声分型的相关影响因素。方法选取552例在本院超声科行乳腺超声体检的健康女性。采用调查问卷收集相关信息。根据超声图像中腺体成分比例的不同,将乳腺实质分为四型。分析乳腺分型与年龄、体质指数(BMI)、绝经史、生育史、家族史等15个相关因素之间的关系。结果单因素分析,与乳腺超声分型相关的因素有年龄(P=0.000)、BMI(P=0.000)、绝经史(P=0.006)、生育史(P=0.000)、哺乳史(P=0.001)。多因素分析,年龄与导管型有关(P=0.000);BMI与混合型、致密型、不均质型有关(P=0.000、0.010、0.000)。结论年龄、BMI、绝经史、生育史、哺乳史会影响腺体内成分的比例,对乳腺的超声分型具有影响。Objective To discuss the factors of breast ultrasound patterns in normal static period female.Methods There are 552 cases of healthy women who take the mammary physical examination in our hospital ultrasound department.We use questionnaire to Collect related information.According to the different of breast constitution in the ultrasound images,the pattern will be classified as four types.Analysis the relationship between the patterns and 15 risk factors of breast cancer,like age,BMI,history of menopause,reproductive history,family history and so on.Results Single factor analysis showed that the factors which associated with breast ultrasound pattern are age group(P=0.000),BMI group(P=0.000),the history of menopause(P=0.006),reproductive history(P=0.000),history of breastfeeding(P=0.001).Multiple factor analysis showed that the related factors of each breast patterns are:Age groups related to catheter type(P=0.000),BMI groups related to mixed type,density type,heterogeneity type(P=0.000,0.010,0.000).Conclusions Factors like Age,BMI,history of menopause,reproductive history,history of breastfeeding can affect the ultrasonic pattern of mammary gland.
