甲状腺腺脂肪瘤的彩色多普勒超声征象及误诊分析

摘　　要：目的分析甲状腺腺脂肪瘤的超声征象,对误诊病例进行讨论以提高对该病的认识。方法收集7例我院经病理证实的腺脂肪瘤,分析其超声表现及误诊原因。结果 7例腺脂肪瘤均为单发结节,超声表现为椭圆形,A/T<1,边界清楚,直径为1.0~2.5cm,无液化现象,其中5个结节为高回声,5个结节血流信号为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,1个结节出现点状钙化。结论腺脂肪瘤的声像改变取决于脂肪组织与腺瘤组织的分布情况,超声征象无特异度,具备恶性征象时可行细针穿刺活检以明确诊断。Objective Analyse the Color Doppler Ultrasound features of thyroid adenolipoma,discuss the cases which were error diagnosis,and improve the recognition.Methods Collect 7cases of adenolipoma with pathologically proven,and analyse the Color Doppler Ultrasound features and diagnostic errors.Results The 7cases of adenolipoma were all single node,ellipsoidal,A/T<1,clear border,the diameters were 1.0~2.5cm,no liquefaction,among,5nodes were high-level echo,5nodes hadⅡ~Ⅲlevel blood signal,1node had punctiform calcification.ConclusionsThe features of thyroid adenolipoma which are not specific depend on the distribution of adipose and adenoma,when the node have malignancy features,we can identify diagnosis by fine needle aspiration biopsy.
