摘  要:我国钢渣产生量大,环保要求日益严格,钢渣的资源化利用日益迫切。本文介绍了钢渣辊压破碎余热有压热闷技术的工艺路线和配套专用装备,分析了影响钢渣热闷效果的因素,并通过试验确定了合理的工艺参数。介绍了济源钢厂示范生产线的生产使用情况,对比了生产技术指标的优势。钢渣辊压破碎余热有压热闷技术装备自动化水平高,钢渣处理效果好,更加环保,应大力推广应用,淘汰落后的处理工艺。China’s steel slag has a large amount of steel slag,the environmental protection requirements are increasingly stringent,and the utilization of steel slag is increasingly urgent.The converter steel slag rollin cracking and residual heat with pressure self-pyrolytic slaking technology,including technical process and special range of equipment was introduced.The influencing factors and confirms the proper process parameters through experiments were analyzed.The situation of demonstration production-line in Jiyuan iron and steel plant was reported and the advantages of production quota were compared.The converter steel slag roll-in cracking and residual heat with pressure self-pyrolytic slaking technology has high automation level,and steel slag treatment effect is good,more environmentally friendly,should be extended vigorously replacing the backward processing technology.
