摘 要:模块化技术是核电站工程缩短建造工期、降低造价的重要技术手段,已成为第三代核电的发展方向之一。以目前我国核电堆型CPR1000为参考电厂,借鉴国内外先进模块化技术,借助自主开发的模块三维设计系统,完成核电站核岛主厂房的模块总体方案设计。在此基础上,开展典型模块详细设计工作,以实例进一步验证设计可行性,同时从采购和施工两方面对模块化技术的实施技术进行分析,评估研究成果在实际工程项目上的技术可行性,为我国核电模块化技术的自主化推进提供借鉴与参考。As an important technology for shortening the construction period and reducing the cost of nuclear power project, modular technology has become one of the development orientations of the third generation nuclear power plant. Taking CPR1000 nuclear power reactor as reference plant and drawing on advanced foreign technology of modularization, the overall concept design has been completed with the help of the self-developed 3D modular design system. On this basis, a typical detailed design work has been carried out so as to verify the feasibility of technology. Besides, an analysis on implementation of modular technology has been made from two aspects(procurement and construction), and the feasibility of research results in actual project has been evaluated. It provides references for the promotion of self-reliant modular technology in nuclear power project in China.
