摘 要:目的探讨健康教育路径在中老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的实施及效果。方法选择2012年1月—2014年12月入院确诊的204例脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者,随机将入院患者分为健康教育路径组(106例)和常规教育组(98例)。结果 2组患者出院时在吞咽障碍护理(77.4%)、主要并发症预防(66.0%)、康复训练方法掌握(61.3%)、自我救护方法 (82.1%)、定期复查(79.2%)等方面的知晓率高于常规健康教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用健康教育路径可明显改善中老年脑卒中患者的吞咽功能,提高健康教育知晓率及患者对医护的满意度,并有效减少并发症,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of health education path among elderly stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods During January 2012 to December 2014,204 confirmed hospitalized stroke patients with dysphagia were selected and randomly divided into health education path group(106 cases) and routine education group(98 cases).Results The indicators such as dysphagia discharge care(77. 4%),the main complication prevention(66. 0%),rehabilitation training methods( 61. 3%),self-rescue methods( 82. 1%),periodic review( 79. 2%) and other aspects of awareness in the health education path group were higher than the routine health education group with significant difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The health education path implementation can significantly improve swallowing function in older stroke patients with dysphagia,and improve health education awareness and patient satisfaction,and effectively reduce complications,which was worthy of promotion.
