摘 要:为研究复合乳酸菌制剂对蛋雏鸡生长性能、免疫机能和盲肠微生物的影响,1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡360只随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组不添加复合乳酸杆菌,试验组分别在饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的复合乳酸杆菌添加剂。试验期为42 d。结果表明:日粮中添加适宜的复合乳酸菌制剂可以提高蛋雏鸡日增重和胸腺指数,显著降低料重比(P<0.05),显著降低盲肠大肠杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌的数量(P<0.05),显著提高盲肠乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。因此,蛋雏鸡饲粮中添加复合乳酸菌制剂可提高生长性能,促进免疫器官发育,改善肠道菌群平衡。复合乳酸杆菌制剂在蛋雏鸡饲粮中的适宜添加量为0.1%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound Lactobacillus preparation on growth performance,immune function and cecal microflora of layer chicks. Three hundred and sixty 1 day of age Hy-line brown chicks were selected and divided into five groups with six replicates per group and 12 chicks per replicate. The five groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0,0.05%,0.10%,0.15% and 0.20% compound Lactobacillus preparation respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results were as follows:the supplementation of Lactobacillus preparation could increase daily weight gain and thymus index,reduce feed to weight gain ratio(P<0.05),and the supplementation of compound Lactobacillus preparation could decrease the number of Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens(P<0.05),and significantly increase the number of lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium in caecum(P<0.05). In conclusion,the supplementation of compound Lactobacillus preparation could improve growth performance,promote the development of immune organs,and improve the balance of intestinal flora in layer chicks. The suitable supplementation level of dietery compound Lactobacillus preparation for layer chicks was 0.1%.
