健康体检人群高血压与高尿酸血症、高血糖、高血脂的关系分析

摘　　要：目的调查健康体检人群高血压与高尿酸血症(HUA)、高血糖、高血脂的关系,探究其内在联系,为制定预防措施提供参考依据。方法对2013年度1 425例在我院健康体检者进行血压测量和血尿酸(UA)、血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测,并将检测结果分为高血压组与正常血压组比较。结果高血压组UA、GLU、TC、TG、LDL-C检测水平分别为(411.4±29.5)μmol/L、(5.80±0.69)mmol/L、(5.25±0.11)mmol/L、(2.82±0.95)mmol/L、(3.08±0.18)mmol/L,正常血压组检测水平分别为(346.1±19.2)μmol/L、(5.22±1.42)mmol/L、(4.97±0.46)mmol/L、(1.80±0.93)mmol/L、(2.84±0.25)mmol/L,高血压组检测水平均高于正常血压组,而高血压组HDL-C检测水平(1.10±0.27)mmol/L低于正常血压组(1.24±0.16)mmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,高血压组HUA、高GLU、高血脂的检出率分别为42.78%、25.66%、75.22%,正常血压组的检出率分别为20.44%、5.80%、45.86%,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HUA、高GLU、高血脂与高血压存在一定相关性,是高血压的危险因素,应引起临床足够重视。Objective To explore the relationship and the inner link betw een hypertension and hyperuricem ia,hyperglycem ia,and hyper-lipidem ia among health exam ination population so as to provide references for form ulating prevention m easures.Methods 1 425 health ex-am ination people in our sanantorium in 2013 were checked in terms of blood pressure m easurem ent,blood uric acid,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C )and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),then the testing re-sults w re divided into hypertension group and norm al blood pressure group for com parison.Results Blood uricacid,glucose,total choles-terol,triacylglycerol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of the hypertension group w ere respectively (411.4±29.5)μm ol/L ,(5.80 ± 0 .69 )mmol/L ,( 5 .25 ± 0 .11 ) mmol/L ,( 2 .82 ± 0 .95 ) mmol/L ,( 3 .08 ± 0 .18 ) mmol/L ,while those items of the normal blood pressure group were respectively(346.1±19.2)μmol/L,(5.22±1.42)mmolL,(4.97±0.46)mmol/L,(1.80±0.93)mmol/L,(2.84±0.25)mm ol/L.The de-tection levels of the hypertension group w ere higher than those of norm al blood pressure group,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterolofthehypertensiongroupwas(1.10±0.27)mmol/L,whichwaslowerthan(1.24±0.16)mmol/L of henormal blood pressure group, with significant differences betw een the tw o groups(P<0.05).A t the sam e tim e,the detection rates of hyperuricem ia(HUA),high blood glu-cose,high blood lipid of the hypertension group w ere 42.78% ,25.66% ,75.22% ,w hile they w ere 20.44% ,5.80% ,45.86% in norm al blood pressure group,and the differences betw een the two groups were of high statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion H yperuricem i-a,high blood glucose,and high blood lipid are correlated w ith hypertension,w hich are the risk factors for hypertension and should be paid enough clinical attention .
