微小气候疗法对老年2型糖尿病心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微小气候疗法对老年2型糖尿病患者心率变异性的影响。方法对49例老年2型糖尿病疗养员所处居室进行每日24 h空气净化,以营造微小的气候环境,3个月后进行心率变异性检测,并与实验前对比。对照组患者住普通病房,不进行空气净化,分别于入院时和3个月后检测与实验组相同的指标。结果微小气候疗法3个月后,实验组的心率变异性指标有显著的改善(P<0.01)。对照组患者的各项指标均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者行微小气候治疗,有益于改善其心脏自主神经功能。Objective To study the influence of mircroclim atotherapy on heart rate variability of aged type 2 diabetes. Methods The air of the room s w here 49 aged patients withtype 2 diabetes lived werecleaned for 24 hours one day so as to create m icroclim atic environ-m ent,and heart rate variabitity w as checked after 3 months and compared with that before the experiment. The sufferers in the control group lived in public wards without air being cleaned ,and the indexes the sam e as the experim ental group werechecked at the adm ission and 3 monthslater. Results A fter 3 monthsof m icroclim atotherapy,the indexes of heart rate variabitity were the rem arkedly im proved in the ex-perim ental group (P<0. 01 ),w hile the indexes in the control group show ed no rem arkable changes(P>0. 05). Conclusion The mircroclima-totherapy can rem arkedly improve the function of cardiac autonom ic nervous system in aged patients withtype 2 diabetic.
