摘 要:选择了363份来源于我国31个省、市的辣椒地方品种作为试验材料,对其进行黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)的人工接种抗性鉴定,结果显示:供试材料中抗病(R)材料2份、中抗(MR)材料124份、感病(S)材料237份。同时对供试材料的CMV抗性与花期、株高2个性状进行相关性分析,结果表明:花期与CMV抗性之间为极显著的正相关,株高与CMV抗性之间为极显著的负相关。对CMV抗性较强的供试材料中,羊角椒、圆锥椒、指形椒和线椒占有较大比例;来源于华中地区和华东地区的抗病性材料所占的比例较其他地区高。363 pepper(Capsicum spp. )local varieties from 31 provinces and cities in China were selected as experimental material,and identification with artificial inoculation was conducted for their resistance to CMV. The result showed that 2 collections were resistant to CMV,124 were moderately resistant,and 237 were susceptible. At the same time,correlation analysis on disease resistance and other 2 agronomic traits(florescence, plant height)of these 363 pepper germplasm resources were carried out. The result indicated that florescence and CMV resistance had a significantly positive correlation,and plant height and CMV,resistance had a very significantly negative correlation. Among the accessions with stronger resistance to CMV,the horn pepper,conic pepper,var. acuminaturn Fingern and var. dactylus took a large proportion. The disease resistance of accessions from Central China and East China regions had higher ratio than those from other regions.
